BUILT AROUND YOUR PEOPLE

One platform. One partner. One learning strategy.

From fragmented tools to a functioning system

More tools shouldn’t mean more work for your team.

Courses in one system. Reviews in another. Goals in spreadsheets. Recognition and surveys somewhere else.

Every disconnected tool creates another place to update information, manage access, and pull reports. Learning OS brings those programs together, making them easier to manage and easier for employees to use.

We help design the learning function around the platform.

All prices in US dollars (USD). Three-year base totals include the one-time license and three annual payments at the initial rate. They exclude the stated 3–5% annual fee increases, additional support, and applicable overage charges. Upfront totals include the license and three years of service, paid in full at the start. No annual increases apply during the prepaid term. Extra support, overages, and separately scoped services are excluded from both options. A service plan is required after the prepaid term to keep the hosted service running. User and storage limits apply. Additional implementation or advisory requirements are scoped separately.

Your three-year cost comparison

See what consolidation
could mean for your costs.

What you can replace depends on your current tools and requirements. Use the costs of the tools you would actually replace. Review subscription costs and the value of admin time separately, with every assumption visible.

The starting figures are illustrative inputs, not market benchmarks. Replace them with your own figures. Results are available immediately, with no email required.

How this estimate works

Current subscriptions = annual spend × [1 + (1 + annual price increase) + (1 + annual price increase)²]. Learning OS = one-time license + annual fee × [1 + (1 + annual increase) + (1 + annual increase)²], using 3–5% increases in years two and three. The upfront option uses the discounted package total, paid in full at the start, with no increases during the three-year prepaid term.

Headcount stays constant. Admin costs use total team hours × hourly cost × 52 weeks × 3 years. Both options start with the same admin hours; no time savings are assumed. Implementation, integration, migration, additional content, extra support, overages, and taxes are excluded. Confirm your full scope before deciding. This is a directional estimate, not a quote.

Compare the whole stack

The only comparison that matters.

You could compare us to any single tool on this list. But that’s not how you buy—and it’s not how you budget.

You may be buying an LMS, a performance tool, a survey platform, a recognition app, and an intranet. Then someone has to connect them, maintain them, and report across them.

Compare the combination you actually need over three years.

Vendor columns are alternatives, not a shopping list to add together. Packages differ in scope. Competitor examples hold published rates flat for three years and exclude taxes, rewards budgets, optional services, and add-ons. AimPro’s base total also holds annual rates flat; its escalated range and discounted three-year upfront total are shown separately. The upfront total includes the license and three years of service with no annual increases during that term. AimPro setup is included within the agreed package scope; extra services and overages may apply.

Why the math matters

Each vendor can do its job well. The budget question is how many contracts, support relationships, and administrative workflows your organization needs to maintain.

Lattice

Foundations is listed at $13 per seat/month and Engagement at $4. For 150 employees, that combination is $30,600/year, or $91,800 over three years. Other bundles and negotiated terms can differ. Pricing source

15Five

Engage is $4, Perform $11, and Total Platform $16 per user/month, billed annually. At 150 users, Total Platform is $28,800/year or $86,400 over three years. It includes recognition and manager microlearning as well as performance and engagement. Pricing source

Bonusly

The pricing FAQ lists Team + Bizy at $50/user/year: $7,500/year or $22,500 over three years for 150 people. Team without Bizy is listed at $30/user/year ($13,500 over three years). Redeemed rewards cost extra. Confirm billing and packaging. Pricing source

Docebo, Culture Amp, and Absorb LMS

These providers direct buyers to a quote. We have not assigned them an unverified per-user rate or implementation fee. Add the costs from your actual quotes when comparing your stack. Docebo pricing, Culture Amp pricing, Absorb pricing.

Additional capability source: Absorb enterprise LMS features. Vendor pricing and packaging can change. The examples above are AimPro calculations using the linked public rates, not published three-year vendor offers.

The honest caveat

If you only need one capability, choose the tool that fits that need best. A dedicated learning, performance, or recognition product may be the right decision.

But if you’re running three or more tools and your HR team spends its week stitching them together, it’s worth measuring the cost of that fragmentation. That’s the problem Learning OS is designed to solve.

Run your numbers.

The calculator above uses your headcount, subscription spend, and admin hours to show your three-year comparison. No form. No sales call. Just the math.

If the numbers surprise you, the next step is a 20-minute fit conversation. We’ll review your comparison and tell you honestly whether consolidation makes sense.

Questions about Learning OS

Plan with a clearer picture.

Is Learning OS an LMS?

It includes learning management and brings it together with performance, goals, recognition, engagement, and community features, alongside the wider AimPro AI and compliance ecosystem.

Do we have to replace every tool?

We’ll review your current setup and identify which programs make sense to bring into Learning OS. Your comparison should reflect the tools you would actually replace.

Who handles implementation?

AimPro handles configuration, branding, agreed data loading, course setup, and launch preparation. Your team provides the content, access, and decisions needed along the way.

How long does setup take?

Timing depends on your content, data, and configuration requirements. We’ll agree on the scope and launch schedule before implementation begins.

How does licensing work?

You pay a one-time platform license fee plus a required annual plan for hosting, maintenance, security updates, and support. Alternatively, pay for the license and three years of service upfront at the discounted package total. A service plan is required after that term to keep the hosted service running.

What happens if we grow or need more support?

Each package includes defined user and storage limits and annual support hours. Additional usage and support are charged at the applicable published rates. Confirm these allowances and rates in your proposal.

Can the annual fee change?

The annual plan is subject to a 3–5% annual increase, communicated before it applies. Three-year base totals exclude these increases; the calculator includes them as a range when annual billing is selected. With three-year upfront payment, the service price is fixed for the prepaid term.
